Terms & Conditions – Vehicle Offer

1. Scope of Offer

This offer applies strictly to selected vehicles as designated by PSD Vehicle Rental ("the Company").

2. Geographical Limitation

The comparable vehicle must be available for sale within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Company's branch.

3. Mileage Restriction

The comparable vehicle must have a mileage within three thousand (3,000) miles of the vehicle purchased from the Company.

4. Specification Requirement

The comparable vehicle must match exactly in make, model, specification, and colour.

5. Exclusions

(a) Private sales are excluded from this offer.
(b) Only vehicles offered by UK-based, VAT-registered companies will be considered.

6. Proof of Comparable Vehicle

To make a claim, the customer must provide satisfactory written proof of the comparable vehicle. Acceptable proof includes a dated quotation, advertisement, or invoice clearly showing the vehicle details and seller information.

7. Offer Validity

This offer is valid for seven (7) days from the date of purchase of the vehicle from the Company.

8. Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

• Verify all claims;

• Refuse any claim that does not meet these conditions;

• Withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
